These terms govern orders placed with Domaine Mamati through WhatsApp, contact forms, or direct communication.
Products & Availability
Products are offered subject to farm production and weekly availability. In case of temporary shortage, an equivalent proposal is provided before confirmation.
Pricing
Professional pricing is shared according to volume, selected formats and delivery area. Quotes remain valid for the period indicated in the proposal.
Delivery & Payment
Deliveries are scheduled based on area and confirmed volume. Payment is made on delivery or by transfer according to agreed account terms.
Claims
Any issue must be reported within 24 hours after delivery with the batch, quantity, a description and, where useful, photographs. Domaine Mamati reviews the claim and proposes a replacement or refund when non-conformity is confirmed.
